Caprese Chicken feat. Chili Turmrific Pistachios

ACTIVE: 25 minutes | TOTAL: 30 minutes | SERVES: 3-4 people


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tomatoes

1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese

Chili Turmrific Pistachios

Fresh basil

Balsamic Glaze

Olive Oil

Italian seasoning

Salt & Pepper


1) Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Preheat a frying pan, then add olive oil until sizzling. Place the chicken in the pan and cook through until golden brown on both sides.

2) While the chicken is cooking, slice the tomatoes and cheese. When the chicken is done cooking, let it rest for 5-10 minutes. After that, slice the chicken as well.

3) Layer the chicken, cheese, tomatoes and basil on a serving plate. Top with Chili Turmrific Pistachios, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
